Who's Blogging?

As blogging has started to be a big part of everyone’s professional as well as personal life, it is the best way to connect with the customers. According to research 11.6 percent of the Fortune 500 companies are blogging & as per me the numbers are pretty low. So I am trying to understand what’s bothering them from not to blog and stay connected with their clients.

Per Ragamuffin Soul website there are 112,000,000 blogs in the world and the number is growing day by day like a virus. Blogging is a mean of communicating with the highly dispersed workforce and customers. A simple blog helps the employees and customers to learn more about the organization. For instance, check out the Raptivity, which is used to interface with the clients.

In this age of terrible customer service, blogging serves as a way to restore the confidence in the corporates & organizations, also it leads to improve products and services.

Knowing all this, I am still amazed why only 58 Fortune 500 companies are blogging.
